Cancellation of Appointments
When you schedule an appointment with us, you are reserving a valuable spot on our calendar, which prevents us from offering that time to another student. We aim to be respectful of every student’s time, and in return, we ask for your consideration when you cannot make your scheduled class. If you find yourself unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel the appointment as early as possible. By giving advance notice, you enable us to offer the slot to other students who might be waiting for availability. Reservations are in high demand, and your early cancellation will help keep our scheduling system efficient.
If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience. This flexibility allows you to manage your schedule with ease while also respecting the needs of our other learners.

Whether by phone or email, our team will confirm the cancellation and, if necessary, assist you with rescheduling your class. For fast cancellations, we encourage contacting us well in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Our goal is to ensure that your learning journey continues smoothly without disruption.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, leading to last-minute cancellations or missed classes. However, late cancellations (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment) and no-shows (when a student misses a class without informing us) disrupt the teaching schedule and prevent other students from booking that valuable time. In these cases, we offer two options:

Reschedule: You can reschedule your class within a reasonable time frame.

Partial Refund: If rescheduling is not possible, you may receive 50% of the course fee refunded for the missed class.
