Cancellation of Appointments

• More than 24 hours' notice: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your class at a convenient time.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: You may choose to reschedule or receive a 50% refund for the missed class.

By giving early notice, you allow others to join English in live sessions or learn English live online free, ensuring fair access for all.
