At OurTutor, we are dedicated to fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all participants. Our Code of Conduct outlines the expected standards of behavior for both students and tutors, ensuring a positive and harassment-free experience for everyone involved in our online English courses and events. By committing to these principles, we aim to create a welcoming space where learners of all backgrounds can thrive without fear of discrimination or harassment.

We emphasize inclusivity, respect, and professionalism in every interaction. This includes using welcoming language, respecting diverse perspectives, and being open to constructive criticism. We encourage the use of preferred pronouns and strive to ensure everyone feels valued and heard. Our Code of Conduct also clearly defines unacceptable behavior, such as bullying, harassment, and offensive language, which will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
To maintain a safe and positive learning environment, we have strict guidelines in place regarding privacy, appropriate language, and interactions. Any form of personal information sharing, unwelcome sexual attention, or political controversy is prohibited. We also advocate for equality, rejecting any form of inequality based on age, race, gender identity, nationality, or any other personal characteristic.

Our goal is to offer a professional and supportive atmosphere for students and tutors alike. Participants are encouraged to report any violations of the Code of Conduct by emailing us at [davidm247@hotmail.com]. Every report is thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action is taken to ensure the integrity of our community. We reserve the right to remove harmful comments or restrict access for individuals who engage in disruptive or offensive behavior, promoting a safe and positive space for everyone.
By adhering to our Code of Conduct, we collectively ensure that OurTutor remains a place of learning where all members can engage confidently and respectfully.
