Missed Appointment Policy
Our goal is to provide a high quality education to all students in a timely manner. Missed, late, and cancelled appointments affect not only our school, but also our students. Please note our policy regarding missed appointments.

Cancellation of Appointments
When you make an appointment, you are taking up space on our calendar that is no longer available for other students. As a courtesy to your fellow students, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to attend your appointment. If you must cancel, please contact us in advance. Reservations are in high demand and your advance notice will allow other students to make reservations. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation / No Show
Late is when an appointment is cancelled less than [24 hours] before the scheduled class time. A no-show is when a student misses a class without a cancellation. In both cases, you have the option to reschedule or refund 50% of the course fee.

Short Term Cancellation Policy
We know that your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and other customers, we ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
